It's a combination we take very seriously at Charleston Orthopedic, where our professionally certified staff is among the area's most highly qualified. Since 1950, the families who own and operate Charleston Orthopedic have made patient service their top priority. Working closely with physicians and physical therapists, we help patients achieve their treatment goals by introducing innovative bracing technologies, manufacturing quality custom appliances, and stocking most prefabricated devices on site.

Our certified orthotist, Cecil Tankersley, has 35 years experience in the industry with emphasis on cranial remolding for skull deformities, custom back braces for scoliosis correction, custom molded dynamic ankle foot orthoses, and diabetic foot treatment.

Charleston Orthopedic is like a pharmacy for braces. DO NOT accept any substitution for braces. We have a certified orthopedic staff  and we get it right the first time! We also have an onsite facility for adjustments. A physician's prescription is required for virtually all our products.
